In the published article titled “Creation of an integrated clinical trial database and data sharing for conducting new research by the Japan Lung Cancer Society,” JTO Clin Res Rep. 2022;3:100317, the authors have discovered some errors in their paper:
Specifically, regarding the results of the PFS and OS analysis. In the paper, the median PFS 9.6 months (95%CI 10.5-22.0), 2, 5, 10 year, PFS rates 23.6%, 14.0%, 9.4%, median OS 26.0 months (95%CI 24.5-27.9), 2, 5, 10 year, OS rates 53.7%, 24.8%, 15.2% were not correct. The data should have been stated as, the median PFS 9.5 months (95%CI 8.9-10.0), 2, 5, 10 year PFS rates, 22.4%, 13.0%, 9.1%, median OS 24.6 months (95%CI 22.9-26.3), 2, 5, 10 year OS rates 51.1%, 22.5%, 13.8%. The authors apologize for their lack of confirmation.
